Matthew C. Bartlett, Project Manager and Estimator

Receiving an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from the New Hampshire Technical Institute, Matthew went on to receive his Bachelors of Engineering Technology with a focus in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. After graduation in 1982, Matthew worked as a draftsman and designer for Steffian-Bradley Associates in Boston, Massachusetts. Relocating back to New Hampshire, Matthew began work as an architectural designer and job captain for Samyn-D’elia Architects in Ashland, NH, where he worked for a number of years. During a brief hiatus from Samyn-D’elia, Matthew worked at Architects’ Four in Manchester, NH, as an architectural designer and job captain before returning back to Ashland. After leaving Samyn-D’elia, Matthew worked as a project manager and estimator for two years at his cousins’ masonry and concrete company, Mas-Con Corporation. In 1992, he left Mas-Con Corporation, refocusing his work on his passion for architecture, where he went to work as an architect for CMK Architects in Manchester, NH. Matthew worked as a very successful residential, commercial and institutional design architect for over 15 years. In 2010, Matthew returned to Mas-Con Corporation, where he has successfully managed many large masonry and concrete projects and continues to do so today.
