Justin Guth, Health and Safety Director

As a lifelong lover of skiing and snowboarding Justin joined the National Ski Patrol when he was just 15 years old, as a Pennsylvania native, just south of the Pocono Mountains.  Justin soon recognized his passion for health, safety and Risk Management while both a paid and volunteer ski patroller for over 27 years and EMS for over 20 years.  Prior to becoming the Health and Safety Director at Mas-Con, Justin was a Specialty Major Claims Investigator and also the Director of Risk Management for Killington Resorts in VT.  Justin is new to the construction scene but joins Mas-Con with plenty of Health and Safety experience and spends his time visiting, educating and driving a healthy and continuously evolving safety culture to our employees.  Justin spends his free time with his wife and two sons’ usually boating, hunting, skiing and coaching his 2 sons in Little League Baseball.  Justin also had the pleasure of being chosen to be a part of the Olympic medical team.  Justin was 1 of 7 from the US, out of over 300 who applied.  Justin spent 53 days in Beijing, China providing emergency medical services to Olympic athletes for both the Olympics and the Para-Olympics.
